What does a Customer Care agent need to do?
- Receive inbound calls, emails and chats
- Listen and analyze customers problems
- Work towards the solution of the customers issue
- Make sure you reach maximum satisfaction from the customer
- Manage the length of the calls ensuring minimum customer inconvenience
